Meet Our Team

I joined the automotive industry in 1980 at Mecum Pontiac Buick in Marengo Illinois.  Dana Mecum ventured out to start Mecum Auto Auctions which now rivals the famous Barrett Jackson Auto Auction.   After serving as sales consultant, finance Manager, General Sales Manager, General Manager and President COO at other dealership groups, I joined Brumos Automotive group in 2003 which started my Mercedes-Benz career.   Met Sam and Ann Furrow at several dealer meetings and decided early on that if an opportunity became available I would join the Furrow Automotive Group.   It was there, high praise of their loyal team members and overall positive approach to their business that impressed me. 

Fortunate to be associated with teams that have won awards such as Acura Precision Team award,  Scott McRae group President award winner multiple times, Mercedes-Benz Best of the Best award 8 times and J.D. Power Dealer of Excellence Award winner here at Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville the last two years.   Like the Furrows, I firmly believe that taking care of the internal customer is just as important as our terrific customers.  My goal is to continuously seek out state of the art software and services to provide exceptional customer service in this ever changing environment.
