We know your time is important, with Digital Service Drive, it’s possible to speed up your service check in/check out. We’ll greet you in the service lane to check you in and get you on your way quickly.

Tips to make the most out of your Digital Service Drive experience:

  1. Kindly provide your advisor with the best number in which to reach you. This will expedite the communications between you and your advisor.
  2. Shortly after you leave Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville, you’ll receive a text from your advisor. We ask that yousave this number in your contacts as this phone number will give you a direct line to your advisor. (No more getting transferred!) This number will provide you direct access via phone, text, or email.
  3. You’ll receive a text message and/or email once your vehicle is ready for pickup where you’ll be able to review your completed invoice. On your invoice, there will be a link giving you the option to pay for your service online, prior to pickup. If you choose to pay online, notification of your payment will be automatically sent to the cashier and your advisor. Or you may choose to pay upon your arrival.
  4. Ready to pick up your vehicle? Please text/email your advisor 45 minutes prior to your arrival and we’ll have your vehicle pulled around waiting for you, making check out as simple as possible.
