*We offer for our customers who have purchased a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz of Knoxville and have service work lasting more than two hours, we provide Mercedes-Benz courtesy cars.  However, in the event that all courtesy cars are booked, we may supplement our fleet of Mercedes-Benz courtesy cars with rental cars.
We offer a shuttle service for local transportation within a 20 mile radius of the dealership.
