Service Department Client Care Center
In a continuing effort to refine and fine tune each service visit for our clients, we have created the Client Care Center to better assist our Service Advisors’ ability to work in conjunction with their clients. It is staffed with highly trained individuals, whose main objective is to expedite your service process. The Client Care Center is here to assist you with the following:

Scheduling Service Appointments

Scheduling Courtesy Shuttle Ride to and from Work or Home

Reserving Loaner Vehicles and/or Scheduling Rental Cars during Service Visit*

Checking the Status of Repairs
-
Monitoring the Status of Special Ordered Parts
We have two very comfortable waiting lounges with Satellite TV and wireless internet connection for short service visits. We also have a courtesy shuttle to transport customers to and from shopping centers, home, or the office.
*If a loaner or rental car is needed, we are required by our insurance provider that the driver of each vehicle be at least 21 years of age, have a current valid driver’s license and current valid insurance card with proof of full coverage insurance. To make your visit as efficient and smooth as possible, we ask that you check the expiration dates on these documents prior to your visit.
